Chistopher FeldmannChris Feldmann started with Irving & Irving in 2006 as a legal intern while attending the University of Baltimore School of Law. After graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2007, Chris joined the firm as a full time attorney. Chris quickly distinguished himself as a dedicated advocate for his clients in the areas of criminal and family law.

Chris currently defends clients on criminal matters, traffic charges, allegations of abuse and neglect of children, and juvenile delinquency cases.

Chris has experience representing defendants in all levels of the Virginia courts throughout Northern Virginia. Through his extensive work in defense practice, he has handled cases ranging from reckless driving and DWI charges to rape, robbery, possession and distribution of drugs, larceny and murder.

In addition, Chris enjoys handling cases in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts to include protective orders, abuse and neglect cases, and juvenile delinquency charges. Through extensive experience in this area, Chris has mastered the ability to provide a rigorous defense for his clients while also maintaining the care and understanding for the client and their family that is necessary during this often difficult time.

Chris also enjoys areas of civil law, including preparation of wills, expungement of criminal charges and restoration of driving privileges.

Chris Feldmann is an attorney who is dedicated to rigorously protecting the rights of his clients while giving each client his personal attention.
