J. Andrew Taylor Bio:

At Irving and Irving P.C., Mr. Taylor handles a wide variety of matters including criminal, traffic, civil litigation, and family law.

Mr. Taylor received his B.A. in Government and International Politics with distinction from George Mason University. He was a member of the Government Honors Program and participated in intramural sports including George Mason’s rugby team.

After college, Mr. Taylor continued at George Mason University to obtain his Juris Doctor. During law school Mr. Taylor participated in the Student Bar Association and worked in an administrative capacity with the school. Additionally, during his last two years of law school, he worked with the City of Alexandria Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office prosecuting a variety of traffic and criminal matters. The experience at the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office provided Mr. Taylor with valuable insight on the Commonwealth’s approach with these matters, and Mr. Taylor is able to incorporate this knowledge for the benefit of our clients.

Outside of work, Mr. Taylor enjoys community service. He has served as a volunteer judge for the Upperclass Moot Court Competition at the George Mason University School of Law. Additionally, Mr. Taylor enjoys traveling, visiting the area’s local historical attractions and the outdoors.

Mr. Taylor looks forward to providing our clients with comprehensive legal services and will work closely with the other members of our firm to ensure zealous and thorough legal representation.
